Hey! Thanks for visiting my website! Being a recording artist has been a dream of mine ever since I can remember. When I was two years old, my dad and I were wandering around a hotel while my mom was in a meeting. A man playing a guitar in the hotel restaurant saw how fixated I was on his playing. He actually invited me up, and I sang the ABC’s, Row Your Boat, and a few other child songs. It came so naturally to me even at the young age of two. As I got older I would put on shows for my parents. They would announce my name and I would come running into the living room ready to put on my show! I can’t remember how many times I would redo my performance because I felt the applause should have been louder or that I could do some part of it better. From there performing became something that I loved to do.
I participated in gymnastics for 12 years, cheerleading, began waterskiing at the age of 2, had a Billabong sponsorship by age 11, and always remained on the Honor Roll. However, as my interests changed and I started to grow up the only thing that stayed the same was my love for music.When I realized how passionate I was about this dream of mine, I decided to quit all of my other activities and just pursue music. By the time I was 13, I was recording demos, writing songs, and participating in countless talent shows. I quickly realized that I wanted to do more than just compete in talent competitions; I wanted to put on real shows; my own shows. I slowly began to put together enough material to do 15 minute or 30 minute sets and played everywhere I could and overtime my shows improved. I heavily dove into songwriting at was making my first EP in Nashville at age 16.
After I graduated high school I finally moved to Nashville and enrolled at Belmont University as an Entertainment Industry Studies major. Being surrounded by talented people everyday in the most inspirational city is the most amazing thing. I get to write with so many talented people and I get to meet those who cherish music as much as I do. My love for the music industry has continued to grow over the years and so has my talent. Developing and finding out who I am is a part of the process and I am finding my way as I go along. Following my dreams is the craziest thing I have ever done so to everyone who has ever supported me I thank you for doing so. The people I meet and the friends I make during this journey is what makes it so special and propel me to keep going. So thank you for visiting my website, liking my posts, and listening to my songs because when I am able to connect with you I know I am doing something right.

When you think about everything a country music artist should be you probably think real, home-grown, humble, and knows just what it means to be country. Kiana is all of those things and more. She writes songs that are relatable and it is the type of music that unites us when we realize that her stories are about what we all experience in life. When she is performing she lets the audience know that she is a girl with a dream and we are all a piece of making that dream come true. We were simply blown away by Kiana’s musical talent. It is rare to see the combination of writing and singing ability in one person—and to have her walk on our stage at the Texaco Country Showdown was electrifying. As we met later, we discovered that her powerful voice was backed by a kind, generous person. Kiana is the whole package, and we are excited to see what the future holds for her.
